Blackhawk Consulting is led by an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation with more than 20 years in Tribal government and enterprises.
A problem-solver who starts by asking how he can help
Larry Robinette is an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation, descended from the Ukwnain (Okanagan) and Sinixt bands that are part of the Confederation.
He has worked more than 20 years within Tribal government and enterprises. He began working with TERO programs in 1993 and has stayed connected to them in some form ever since.
Larry describes his career as that of a problem-solver and an innovator, someone who tests what has not been tested and delivers successful results for the organization he is part of. He has worked for the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation and the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner. In the 1990s, Blackhawk Consulting held a Washington State Department of Transportation contract to assist minority- and women-owned businesses.
“I am there to be of service. Together we will figure out what the need is, develop a plan, then execute it. We will review the results of the plan and modify it anywhere between the start and finish of the project.”
