A consulting partner, led by Larry Robinette
Larry Robinette is an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation. He has spent more than 20 years within Tribal government and enterprises and has worked with TERO programs since 1993.
Blackhawk Consulting brings that experience to TERO programs, Tribal governments, Native organizations, public agencies and other mission-driven organizations. The work begins with listening and asking how Blackhawk can be useful.
Experience and results
Training Tribal members for skilled jobs
At Colville Tribal Enterprises Corporation's Forest Products Division, Larry partnered with TERO to build lumber grader, millwright and log scaler training programs for Tribal members, with agencies, unions and local colleges as partners. Candidates who completed the program had a job, and Larry, as the human resources person, helped hire them.
